Whether you are new to the wine arena or a wine connoisseur, you will enjoy our wine seminars offered to all Grand Wine Tasting ticket holders. Registration for the seminars is not required. Seating will be on a first-come, first-serve basis.

The Court of Master Sommeliers - Advanced Certification
The Society of Wine Educators
In 2004 Toni took the introductory test for the Court and was became driven to take and pass the advanced certification test with the Court which is the only path to being invited to sit the exam to become a Master Sommelier. After taking it in 2006 and only passing two of the three parts of the test, Toni took it again in 2007 and passed. She became the first and only person in the state of Wisconsin to have passed that level of certification with the prestigious Court of Master Sommeliers and will be eligible to be invited to sit the Master Exam in 2009.
Toni Johnson’s Specialties:
"I worked with a wine list from 2003 to 2008 that is 100% French. I specialize in French wine but am fluent in all wine regions of the world. I mentor people in Milwaukee, WI and anywhere else in the country that are interested in continuing the certification process with different wine certification organizations."

Paul has developed an outstanding assortment of over 300 bottles with wines purchased at reasonable prices. He will discuss how starting with 24 bottles can grow into a collection you can enjoy many times over and develop your own unique wine entertaining style.
